When we sell equipment we assume a commitment with our customer. Galaxy Scientific Equipments has in stock spare parts to immediate replacement in case of breakdown, to minimize the time of equipment downtime. All our parts come with manufacturer’s warranty.

For the after sales service, we have established a separate company called Galaxy Scientific Equipments Services which would exclusively take care of all services related functions wherein our well qualified and factory trained technicians and Application specialists are always eager to respond quickly and efficiently to the needs of our customers.
